Responsibility may include: - Assist in deploying Networks, Kubernetes clusters and ADO pipelines.
- Assist in mobile core design call flows testing and troubleshooting.
- Integrate mobile core designs and tech insertion with Jira and end to end Testing to create a "design for test" framework.
- Analyze service requirements and assumptions to devise and record solutions, while meticulously maintaining comprehensive release documentation and tech insertion plans.
- Translate service and platform requirements into test case requirements for End-to-End testing of LTE and 5G core networks and drive automation of test object lists.
Qualifications: - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C ) and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with process improvement models (e.g., CMMI, ISO Standards) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
Preferred Skills: - ISTQB Tester Certification.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and artifact repositories (JFrog).
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Understanding of performance metrics and quality indicators.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with one-touch deployment automation tools and techniques.
- Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Understanding of 5G/4G (3GPP) network infrastructure and its components.
- Experience with Call Flow Analysis and working knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 protocols, network routing, BGP and NAT.
- Familiar with pipeline logging best practices for error handling.
- Working experience with Spirent Landslide and its API.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure such Azure and resources like Azure Clusters, VMs, Storage Container and Azure Key Vault and how they can be used in the ADO pipelines.
- Strong background in Kubernetes cluster deployment and maintenance as well as container application deployment.
- Git repository, good working knowledge of performing git pull, commit, push requests and how to manage code merges.
- Hands-on knowledge on Linux based system.
- Can develop ADO Pipeline from scratch.
- Comfortable writing pipelines in YAML syntax.
- Experience with network simulation and testing tools.
- Knowledge of network protocols and telecommunications standards.
Education Requirement: - Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline e.g. Computer Science, or Engineering.
