We are seeking a Senior Software Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of our software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to ensure smooth deployment and successful adoption of our products. Leveraging your expertise, you will provide technical guidance, manage complex integrations, and deliver effective solutions that align with client needs. This role reports into our Program Management Office and will work closely with Development and Product teams.

Requirements
  • Participate as the technical lead on end-to-end implementation projects and perform activities such as software setup/ configuration, testing, and post-deployment support, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
  • Utilize advanced technical skills to configure and customize software, including creating and troubleshooting SQL queries, working with JSON and XML for data integrations, and addressing technical challenges.
  • Setup and configure new interfaces to exchange data between internal and external systems through REST APIs, SFTP, etc.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the implementation phase, maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication, status updates, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, demos, and create comprehensive user documentation to empower clients to effectively use the software.
  • Work closely with internal sales, development, and support teams to resolve client issues, provide feedback on product enhancements, and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance implementation processes and provide input on product improvements based on client feedback and project insights.
  • Oversee multiple implementation projects, effectively managing resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, customer support, or a similar role involving client interactions and technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SQL and database technologies (MSSQLServer, Postgres).
  • Proficiency in SQL querying for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with JSON and XML for data exchange
  • Familiarity with APIs and system integrations and cloud-based SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies (EC2, EMR, OpenSearch).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and timelines, with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and support. Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements and client needs.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, cloud-based software, or specific industry knowledge relevant to our clients.
  • .NET/ C Programming experience is a plus.
  • Cloud or SQL certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for deployment.
