Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Location: Hybrid: Remote & Chantilly, Virginia (50%)
Clearance: active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph required Join our solutions delivery team as a Senior Software Engineer and contribute directly to the digital transformation of mission-critical government systems. Your work will have a tangible impact on national security, supporting our customers' most pressing technical and data challenges. Our teams are passionate about innovation, embracing modern tech stacks and lean agile practices. We operate with a collaborative mindset, applying DataOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps principles to automate and streamline processes. As a key technical contributor, you'll design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions while mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices. Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions that align with customer security and operational requirements

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software systems

• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of software

• Ensure compliance with development standards and security policies

• Research and recommend technical solutions to meet customer needs

• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality products

• Promote scalability, maintainability, and interoperability in software design

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development using languages such as Typescript, JavaScript, Python, and Django

• Experience with containerization tools like Fargate, OpenShift, or Kubernetes

• Proficiency in API design and implementation

• Experience collaborating with DevOps teams

• Knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

• Understanding of relational database design principles

• Familiarity with database administration concepts

• Basic query development experience

• Experience conducting code reviews

• Proficiency with cloud providers (AWS preferred)

• Demonstrated knowledge of Git version control systems

• Experience working in Linux environments (Rocky preferred)

• Hands-on experience with Angular or React for front-end development Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Django and Python

• Familiarity with AWS CodeBuild and Fargate

• Background in developing long-running ETL processes

• AWS Certifications, including Developer Associate or Solutions Architect Associate
