Sr Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS, Vue/React JS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain software solutions using AWS, Vue/React JS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of software components to ensure robustness and reliability.
Document software designs, code, and processes for future reference and maintenance.
Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications:

Strong experience with AWS, React JS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Deep understanding of Loan Booking and Document Management domains.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
Ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
Participate in Scrum calls.
Analyze existing customer applications.
Prepare high-level technical understanding documents detailing functionalities and interface specifications.
Write clean, testable code using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.
Identify technical issues with existing code and propose suitable fixes.
Upgrade existing code (review and refactor).
Analyze performance issues in existing stored procedures and identify fixes.
Perform POCs to validate solutions, design services, components, and architecture considerations.
