Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. Security Management Advisor to support a federal government client.

Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Requirements

Desired experiences:

  • At least seven years of experience applying security standards that apply to SCI Facilities (SCIFs) as outlined in ICD 705, Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1, IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705, and DoD Manual 5105.21 Volume 1-3.
  • Experience developing and interpreting security policy for Senior Level Government and Industry personnel.
  • Four years of experience utilizing Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Joint Clearance and Access Verification System (JCAVS).
  • Developed in-depth Collateral/SCI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
  • Thorough familiarity with all security clearance processes.
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings to ensure facilities meet security requirements.
  • Experience evaluating and processing approvals/accreditations for Tactical SCIFs (T-SCIF), Secure working Areas (SWA), and Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWA) in a non-traditional environment to perform critical contingency tasks.

Desired education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.

Highly desired education and experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • Deployment and operational experience OCONUS and preferred Security Fundamentals Professional Certification.
  • Completed Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 Physical Security course (or equivalent).

Security Clearance:

  • Security clearance required TS/SCI.
