Salesforce Developer

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Software Developer, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development within enterprise-level environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, managing instances with over 500 users and complex customizations.
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL, with a proven track record of developing and deploying custom solutions in large-scale Salesforce environments.
  • Strong experience with Java and SQL, particularly in developing integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Proficiency in Git (preferably Bitbucket) for version control and CI/CD processes.
  • Hands-on experience with VS Code and Eclipse for developing and debugging complex Salesforce and Java applications.
Certifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator (preferred).
