Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our Healthcare team to participate in the development and support of our business applications. You will ensure the solutions we deploy have technical integrity, stability, and are scalable to our growing operations. This team consists of 5 Salesforce Developers at various levels of seniority. They pride themselves on being a collaborative team and are looking to add a senior engineer who is comfortable working in a remote environment with a dedicated workspace in an environment that values a cameras on culture. They will be responsible for the following:
Lead the configuration, development, and deployment for various Salesforce project implementations.
Lead the charge from gathering business requirements to architecting and building the tooling and workflows.
Communicate with team members to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
Advise, guide and partner with business leaders on Salesforce analytic strategies, initiatives and tools that will drive business results.
Monitor Salesforce system health and utilization.
Automate solutions delivery, data pipelines, create data models, and monitor performance.
Develops and executes Salesforce data management strategy.
Evaluate and upgrade Salesforce AppExchange components and solutions.
Ability and willingness to do production support 2 weeks every 3 months, support from 6am to 10pm EST Monday-Friday. Only 2 instances they were pinged outside of traditional work hours in the last year.

This position has a conversion salary range of $105-150K with salary based on geographic location, qualifications and experience.

Required Skills & Experience

6-8+ years of experience doing Salesforce Development, more than 8 preferred.
Proficient Ability to write Apex, or typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
3+ experience with develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning components (LWC).
Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
Ability to support configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals.
Proven background launching significant system enhancements and release cycles.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other business applications.
Demonstrated ownership of owning problems from start to finish.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
Strong data management abilities
Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience working within the cloud

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

3+ years of Salesforce Health Cloud experience with implementing, integrating, enhancing, and configuring.
Omnistudio experience
