What Will You Get To Do:Salesforce Administration (Primary): - Own and optimize the Salesforce platform globally
- Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles
- Configure Salesforce settings and features for security and scalability
- Maintain data quality and integrity; create and manage reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot issues and provide user support, training, and best practices
Salesforce Business Analysis: - Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce usage
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders; define project roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions; perform testing and troubleshooting
- Employ strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salesforce Development: - Design and develop custom applications, integrations, and enhancements within Salesforce
- Evaluate other Salesforce offerings (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Inbox), and make recommendations as appropriate for the organization
- Write and maintain Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components solutions
- Ensure customizations are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices
Salesforce Architecture: - Develop and implement architectural solutions that align with business objectives
- Design data models, integrations, and system frameworks to ensure high performance and reliability
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to maintain a cohesive technical strategy
- Stay up to date on architectural principles, security standards, and Salesforce best practices
What Will You Bring: - Work Experience: 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Analyst, Developer, or Architect; ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or comparable experience
- Computer Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, strong knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce, including ability to build custom applications, execute integrations, and manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, user access, and data integrity.
- Business skills: Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) best practices, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), data management, and configuration options. Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, draw actionable insights to inform business decisions.
