The Role

We're hiring our Sr Sales Manager / Director of Sales. This is not a "manage a sales team and review dashboards" job. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, close six-figure+ deals, build the sales playbook from scratch, help define pricing, and craft our GTM motion alongside the CEO.


You're the kind of person who thrives in chaos, builds process without being asked, and knows how to win trust across the table. You're not here to maintain - you're here to hunt, close, and grow.



Responsibilities


  • Own the full sales cycle: from outreach to close
  • Build our sales engine: process, CRM hygiene, outreach strategy, inbound handling
  • Help define ICP, pricing strategy, and ideal deal structure
  • Work hand-in-hand with founder, product, and ops to align GTM with customer needs
  • Hire, coach, and grow the sales team over time


️ You've Done This Before


  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 in a senior or leadership role
  • Closed deals in the $25k-$250k+ ACV range
  • Built or rebuilt a sales motion from scratch
  • Comfortable selling to founder-led, mid-market, and enterprise clients
  • Bonus: experience in HR tech, marketplaces, or staffing
