Sr Sailpoint Developer / IAM Engineer with Security Clearance

CB5 is looking for an energetic Sr. SailPoint Developer to join our team. As a Senior SailPoint Developer you will work as a member of an identity team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. You will work closely with the customer to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the security and efficiency of our identity management systems. Duties:
• Design and develop SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.

• Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications, writing customer rules, workflows, and developing configuration connectors (Web Services, SCIM, etc.)

• Integrate SailPoint with other identity systems such are HR, Active Directory, AD LDS, and other applications to automate and maintain user provisioning and entitlement management.

• Perform system configuration, customization, and optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management.

• Implement and manage compliance and governance policies within SailPoint.

• Ensure adherence to U.S. government regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Requirements:
• 6+ years Developer experience with 3+ years SailPoint and other IAM technologies.

• Proven expertise in developing SailPoint integrations, both out of the box and custom, is required.

• Experience in application onboarding like AD, webservice connector, JDBC, LDAP, Remedy, etc.

• Experience in RBAC and configuration of IIQ roles

• Ability to develop integrations with IdPs using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC is desirable.

• Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms like SSO, MFA, PAM, across on-prem, distributed, and SaaS environments, preferred.

• Prior experience in core Java development.

• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible.

• Experienced with SaaS solutions and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) preferred.

• Excellent customer facing skills, able to communicate with others at all levels in the organization. Pay: $132,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k)
