About the position: Workforce Solutions (WS) is a new global business unit that brings together all commercial services teams across HP under one leader with a goal of providing a comprehensive portfolio of compelling services and solutions to our enterprise, mid-market, and even, in partnership with our strategic channel partners, to the SMB segment. Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales, marketing, and customer success operations to drive sustainable growth. You will leverage your analytical skills and deep understanding of CRM systems to streamline our go-to-market strategies, enhance customer engagement, and improve revenue cycles. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement revenue operations strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborates across regions, geographies, and global teams to formulate and implement innovative services, solutions, or programs and their associated processes to address evolving customer and market demands while promoting profitable growth. Data Management: Oversee the management and analysis of sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue operations initiatives. Technology & Tools: Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other tools to support revenue operations. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on revenue performance and operational efficiency. Revenue Forecasting: Set and review revenue forecasts and targets. Measure and monitor progress toward goal achievement. Education & Experience Recommended: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field within a SaaS or B2B environment. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue operations strategies. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other revenue operations tools. Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends. Experience with revenue forecasting and performance metrics. Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Proven ability to foster a collaborative environment and drive alignment among sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team. Experience in providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.
