Skill Do LLC is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer/Manager with Federal (US Government ONLY) to explore exciting opportunities in cutting-edge technologies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting all phases of the proposal process in response to U.S. Government technology-based requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs).

Responsibilities will include
- Work with the leadership to respond to US Government (Federal) technology development-based RFPs/RFIs. Help to develop win themes and align proposal responses accordingly
- An understanding of US Government (Federal) proposals
- Writing proposal pieces such as Company Introduction, Management and Staffing Plans, Past Performances, Bios/Resumes.
- Work closely with Solutions Architects and Subject Matter Experts and operations staff to collect data required for the development of Past Performance Volumes.
- Write, edit, and revise proposal materials and coordinate with technical and program personnel to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze RFP requirements and participate in solution meetings.
- Participate in color team reviews.
- Proposal Management - either lead and/or assist management with proposal management (e.g. compliance matrix creation, proposal outlines, reuse content from proposal libraries, cover pages, etc.)
Qualifications:
- MUST have 5-10 years of professional proposal writing (in US Government (Federal experience
- MUST have Knowledge of US Government (Federal) contracting and proposal experience
- MUST have Knowledge of Data analytics, Cloud, DevOps related technologies
