Description
Oversee multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Lead and coordinate subcontractor selection, contract negotiations and procurement.
Work closely with owners, architects, engineers and internal teams to ensure project success.
Monitor project performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement problem-solving strategies.
Provide regular reports, updates and financial forecasts to stakeholders
Profile
7+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction project management.
A detailed project list showcasing experience in commercial construction (required for all applicants).
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and financial tracking systems.
