About the Role: Sr. Project Manager As a Senior Project Manager in our Operations Department, you will play a key role in managing projects and ensuring their success. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting Estimates: Assist the Estimating team in preparing and reviewing project estimates. Managing Contracts and Schedules: Review client contracts, prepare equipment and material submittals, develop project schedules, and monitor progress, timelines, and budgets. Creating Work Plans: Develop detailed plans for project success, including labor forecasting and look-ahead scheduling. Tracking Budgets: Monitor project budgets, create cost forecasts, and prepare pricing proposals for changes. Documenting Projects: Manage all project documentation from start to finish. On-Site Support: Oversee and assist with on-site construction activities. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should bring the following: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC or plumbing construction. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and construction software like Bluebeam and MS Project. Knowledge of Procore Construction Management software is a plus. A deep understanding of Florida Mechanical and Plumbing Codes, building standards, and regulations. Experience with AHCA-regulated healthcare projects is preferred. The ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
