We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team in. This position is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in a role that offers immense growth and learning. The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of our company's internal controls, financial records, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and manage complex internal audits across various departments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
3. Prepare and present detailed audit reports, highlighting areas of risk and proposing corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with management to develop action plans addressing identified weaknesses and monitor the implementation of these plans.
5. Provide guidance and training to junior audit staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Work closely with external auditors to facilitate annual auditing processes.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and changes in financial standards.
8. Participate in special investigations or reviews as required, including fraud investigations and due diligence activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
4. Extensive experience with 10k and 10q filings, and a strong understanding of GAAP.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
7. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
9. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and auditing software.
