The position will be on-site full-time with a strong emphasis on work-life balance, working 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday. The hospital project is expected to run through 2027, with more work to follow.

Description
- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects, focusing on QA/QC.
- Oversee all phases of construction, including site inspections, testing, and work flow management.
- Ensure compliance with construction drawings, security requirements, and building codes.
- Provide technical oversight in all engineering disciplines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and staff to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage contractor relationships and provide owner's oversight on design/build activities.
Profile
- 7+ years of healthcare construction project management experience.
- Experience managing projects valued over $1M, with a strong focus on hospital construction.
- QA/QC experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is highly preferred. Candidates without a degree must have 20+ years of relevant experience.
- Ground-up large-scale healthcare construction is highly preferred.
- General Contractor (GC) experience required.
