We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Management Analyst to lead and support large-scale IT implementations across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in hardware and network infrastructure projects, exceptional stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to independently drive initiatives from planning through execution. This is a fully remote position with flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
Essential Functions - Utilize tools such as Planview and the SAFe Agility framework to plan, track, and deliver program-level initiatives
- Lead planning and execution of complex technical infrastructure projects, including network, hardware, and wireless systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to align scope, schedule, and deliverables
- Analyze project bids, develop budgets, and track financial performance to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional project reporting for regional and national initiatives
- Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to teams across network engineering, infrastructure upgrades, and IT construction requirements
- Support security implementation efforts, including VLAN setup and compliance with regulatory processes
- Deliver post-implementation support for critical systems and enterprise hubs
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Proficient with: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Smartsheet
- Demonstrated success managing multi-site deployments, and large-scale technical rollouts
- Ability to manage technical documentation and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and AI-based solutions
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, Python, and DIA
- Experience with fiber, cable plant, voice systems, and Cisco hardware
- Strong understanding of broadband systems, wireless lifecycle management, and IT infrastructure planning
- Previous experience administering or supporting enterprise SharePoint sites
- Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and frontline engineers
Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month
