Are you interested in helping Amazon ensure that customers make great purchase decisions and enable the world's most recognized Brands using Amazon to have the best experience listing and selling their products? The Transparency team is seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Program Manager who will lead our FC authentication experience. To be successful in this role, you must have a high-level knowledge of FCs, and display a high Bias for Action and Ownership. You must be an effective communicator, and be able to leverage your expertise to convince stakeholders. You will work directly with engineering, business and operations stakeholders to define strategy and requirements, and then lead projects from design through delivery.

This is a global role that will include interaction with brands, FCs, business development, operational teams, and stakeholders across US, EU, CN, IN, JP and AU.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
