Sr. Program Manager, AOP (Analytics Ops & Programs)
The AOP team powers Data and Insights for ROW (Rest of World) Fulfillment Operations. The team is responsible for developing large-scale, business-critical BI and analytics solutions for Operations.
The AOP team works broadly in three areas:
- Build data products to enable Operations decision-making and improve performance. These include BI/Reporting solutions such as automated and self-service reports/dashboards, publishing business-critical decks (xBR, Peak, Contingency), and developing analytics tools and defect attribution bridges.
- Develop science artifacts in forecasting, fraud detection, work productivity, and other areas to enhance Ops performance.
- Drive analytics-led continuous improvement programs focused on defect reduction and cost savings in Operations.
This role will work directly with the AOP leader to:
- Standardize Business Review processes across ROW Operations (VP level reviews).
- Program manage key BI and Science initiatives tracked at the Director/VP level.
- Enhance Operations Excellence in Analytics by establishing effective mechanisms.
- Develop prototypes and launch full-scale solutions, including GenAI techniques.
- Create scalable methods to extract business insights at scale for ROW operations.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related fields.
