Job Description Summary

Responsible for developing and leading strategic Services Commercial programs to drive profitable growth, improve commercial effectiveness and enable success within the Services Commercial Execution team. This role will oversee global and regional growth campaigns, market analytics programs, field support programs, and product lifecycle programs to improve service capture. Programs rely heavily on complex data driven methodologies, matrixed sales processes and actionable insights. This role is responsible for strategically partnering with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Finance and Leadership within aligned region or function to deliver leading indicators, funnel vitality metrics, scalable Salesforce/Power BI dashboards for commercial teams to effectively grow their funnel and support the Commercial Execution team drive center of excellence culture and performance across initiatives.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee Service Market & Life-cycle analytics including capture trends, installed base targeting programs and share performance to drive sales volume.
  • Establish programmatic approach and lead opportunity and market driven expansion programs to grow incremental share in underperforming product portfolios, targeted customer segments, or emerging dynamics within health care market.
  • Establish sales business planning structure for Service General Managers to lead within aligned region or segment.
  • Proactively lead daily management of sales process and conduct field training to drive in-depth knowledge and adoption.
  • Lead the design and adoption of BI dashboards, communicate leading indicators and performance metrics to Service Commercial teams.
  • Lead adoption metrics for external client quarterly business reviews and value-based touchpoints to drive stickiness within aligned region contract base.
  • Oversee analytics for key performance indicators, drive solutions to improve processes, contribute to monthly leadership operating reviews, and build robust standard reporting to drive impact within aligned region or segment.
  • Contribute to Service decision processes such as business reviews, strategic planning, and global commercial platform enhancements.
  • Lead Commercial Analysts to deliver insightful analytics for owned programs.
  • Coach, mentor Field Sales teams and Leadership, determine need and offer practical solutions.
  • Transform and lead new metrics, tracking methodologies and data backed visualizations to communicate performance of install based trends and insights across the Service Commercial and adjacent equipment sales and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a large (200+) matrixed sales organization with sales process expertise and iterative modeling/analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.
  • Expert data analytics and reporting capabilities (i.e. Ability to manage large datasets, assess impact, identify trends and insights to drive positive outcomes).
  • 5+ years of experience with or Service Max including dashboard reporting.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading successful cross functional programs/teams.
  • Strong critical thinker with demonstrated complex problems solving capabilities.
  • Results oriented with ability to translate strategy with data and facts.
  • Business acumen with ability to build partnerships and influence multiple audiences to achieve timely goals.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Expert MS Excel user.
Desired Characteristics

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large projects, document, plan, and execute programs.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues succinctly and visually.
  • Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, CRM Analytics, Anaplan).

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $122,400.00-$183,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
