  • Advocate for the development of simple, user-friendly solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Balance technical feasibility with user experience to deliver products that delight our customers.

Keep the Right People Involved:

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, design, business, and HR teams.
  • Communicate effectively across various modalities to align on goals, priorities, and expectations.

Get Things Done:

  • Be a product manager who excels at execution and getting things done, even in challenging environments.
  • Drive projects forward with a sense of urgency, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Bring people along as you move forward, encouraging both discussion, debate, as well as commitment and action.
  • Drive to clarity, optimize, and think through compromises to achieve the best outcomes.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with experience in integrating 3rd party systems into an existing company.
  • Experience working in a restaurant at some point in your life.
