Pay: $64-$70/hr on a W2 (DOE)
Hybrid in Seattle, WA (2 days per week onsite, rest of the time remote)

In this role, as a Senior Product Manager you will be joining the Product Management team, reporting to the Director of Product Management for our B2B SaaS client. You will own the CRM integrations for our Client. You will be working on a variety of projects and features, and will be very hands-on. You will work closely with design, user research, and engineering to think critically and collaboratively about solving complex customer problems. You will get to shape and grow the product.
The Senior Product Manager role has significant ownership of areas within our client's CRM product portfolio. It works with a feature crew of engineers and designers to identify, define, validate, and ship features. The CRM platform crew is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and driving the adoption of our client's CRM integrations. The CRM integration is foundational for our client's infrastructure and is infused across the platform to drive seller productivity.
Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys understanding a wide range of customer requirements, delving into technical constraints, and using their expertise to deliver a simple yet elegant customer experience. This person will benefit from being a skilled communicator who can drive enterprise-level customer conversations, collaborate effectively with other disciplines, and land proposals with stakeholders. This is a technical role; you will work directly with senior engineers and will instinctively need to understand technical concepts and trade-offs.
Day In the Life:
- You will work with customers and stakeholders to create a strategic roadmap, prioritize problems, and define requirements, then manage the backlog through the product development process from discovery to general availability.
- You will become an expert on our software, customers, and our market, and be able to identify, prioritize, and execute both tactical and strategic projects.
- You work well cross-functionally with other teams, such as executives, product marketing, and customer success, ensuring their objectives are met, their opinions are considered, and plans are effectively communicated.
- You will collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to inform the shaping of requirements, features, and end products.
- You will dig deep into customer and usage data to identify opportunities and evaluate the success of our efforts.
- You will work closely with industry experts to understand industry direction and trends and identify opportunities for R&D that can set us apart from the competition.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- You have been building software products for some time and have over 5 years of experience shipping products as a product manager in an agile, Scrum, or Kanban environment.
- You have experience working on complex user scenarios, with multiple personas interacting through the tool.
- You have experience in understanding intricate systems and partnering with Design to deliver simple yet powerful user experiences.
- You are incredibly detail-oriented and enjoy polishing the experience of your customers.
- You are experienced at taking ideas and ambiguous data, defining the right outcome, and then creating the right roadmap or backlog to get there.
- You have experience defining a strategic roadmap that leverages multiple inputs, including user research, customer data, and company initiatives.
- You can communicate and articulate the strategy and roadmap to execs, team members, and customers.
- You have worked with engineering teams as a product owner and have demonstrable experience leading cross-functional teams to ship high-quality products.
