We are building a new Shopping Design Product team that erases org lines and is heavily focused on CX experimentation. Our PM team works closely with design partners to innovate and identify opportunities for storewide customer impact and works with engineering partners across the company to deliver.
Our team is part of the Shopping Design org responsible for designing foundational shopping experiences, including discovery, homepage, inspirational shopping, detail page, purchasing, personalization, and more.
The Sr. Product Manager Tech will own the product vision and roadmap within a broad coverage area such as discovery, core shopping, or storewide patterns. You will have exciting opportunities to experiment on the current CX and spend time looking around corners to help define the shopping experience of the future. This is a highly visible role that will interact with Shopping org teams and its many global partners.
Key job responsibilities
- Defining a CX vision for the shopping experience in partnership with your design team, developing an actionable product roadmap, and identifying and influencing product/engineering teams to run experiments.
- Managing a portfolio of experiments, some projects that span multiple teams and shopping experiences, and some that dive deep in one CX area.
- Leveraging your high judgment to prioritize opportunities that drive the most strategic value; working with your design team to scope design effort, set/track goals and triage incoming priorities from product/engineering teams.
- Utilizing your varied background and skillsets to dive deep with designers on UX decisions and drive technical conversations with engineering partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel, and other tools
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
