What you will be doing The Sr. Product Manager role with Albertsons Media Collective is a highly collaborative and visible position that requires cross-group coordination and the ability to manage high volume, high impact work. The perfect candidate is strategic and has a bias for action; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and partners successfully with a wide group of Partners to build modern, Retail Media Products. We are looking for an individual who knows how to roll up their sleeves to design, test, and deliver new Products and features, with Partners, and in service of our customers.
The position is Hybrid with 2 days a week required in office and will be based in Pleasanton, CA.
Main responsibilities - Lead and drive the ideation, research, design, development, test, and launch of data centric Products.
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and manage risk implications for new Product features.
- Monitor compliance with policies and track competitors' solutions.
- Interface with engineers, Analytics and executives to define opportunities and challenges
- Providing product updates to cross functional teams and leadership in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
- As Product SME, support product marketing team in preparing press releases and GTM activities.
The salary range is $144,760 to $188,188 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.

What we are searching for - 7+ years of building B2B Products preferably within the AdTech or Retail media space
- Experience with Agile development within a large Enterprise.
- Experience managing technology vendor partnerships.
- Show accountability, build trust, and collaborate with Partners and stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and metrics, and goal setting.
- Excellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Cross-functional program management/technical program management experience.
- Experience building products in partnership with outside technology partners and driving their roadmap priorities.
