Sr Product Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Product Manager to enhance our client's website search functionality. This role is perfect for a proactive, data-driven individual passionate about improving user experience and solving search-related challenges. Responsibilities
•  Analyze search behavior, trends, and metrics using tools like Adobe Analytics to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
•  Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for search feature enhancements to stakeholders.
•  Collaborate closely with search, merchandising, engineering, and content teams to address user search challenges and improve overall usability.
•  Ensure the search feature is intuitive, easy to use, and delivers personalized results that meet users' needs.
•  Set clear priorities, communicate project status, and adjust timelines as needed based on evolving requirements and challenges. Skills
•  3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on search or e-commerce platforms.
•  Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, merchandising, and content teams.
•  Experience with data analysis and search-related metrics.
•  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•  Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Skills
•  Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
