Sr Product Associate Manager

Genuine Parts Company is seeking Sr Product Associate Managers, Pricing in Atlanta, GA. Responsible for the development and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions to support GPCs eCommerce Platform within the pricing and promotions domain. Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and develop product roadmap to align with strategic goals. Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that align with the Agile software development team. Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments. Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions. Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Work closely with senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio. Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. Utilize and develop understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, and new technologies opportunities and trends. Must have Bachelor's degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology-driven field. Must have 10 years of experience in Scrum/Agile development methodology, including experience in product backlog prioritization; grooming/refinement; and product ownership driving road-mapping, planning, and delivery in an agile environment. Must include 3 years of experience designing solutions for Pricing & Promotion business area. This role is being offered with a Hybrid Telecommuting Option, with the position requiring work onsite at our Atlanta, GA HQ office as required by manager, and remote work otherwise permitted. While the Company prefers the person live in the Atlanta, GA, metro area, it is not required.
