Credence has immediate need(s) for Sr Principal and Technical - Integration professional(s) with strategic business capture capability for both Defense and Civilian agencies in multiple locations across our key locations APG, DC Metro, Ft. Meade MD, Dayton OH, Warner Robbins GA, Hampton,VA and Sumter, SC We are looking to expand our current business by supporting their current and its future needs. The successful candidate will know the key stakeholders within the federal agencies sought and understand how to identify and target new business opportunities within programs like, the USAF - AFMC, AFRL, C5ISR, NORTHCOM/NORAD, NASIC, AFSPC, Pentagon and AFIT as well as Defense agencies like Army, DLA,DIA, NSA and DCAA. Candidates must have demonstrated success supporting early defense contract awards with winning strategies to grow business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
Principals and Directors must have the technical aptitude to assist with will planning and executing sales activities to meet aggressive new business growth goals by pro-actively uncovering sales opportunities with targeted prospects within Air Force, DOD, Army locations like Washington DC Metro area, Dayton OH, Warner Robins GA, Sumter SC, San Antonio, TX, Colorado Springs, CO, and Hampton VA. The desired candidate will be creative and professional in executing the company growth strategy. - Candidates must also have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
- Must have the ability and demonstrated experience to conduct office client calls and briefings with key stakeholders and client leadership at the program and project management level as well as the acquisition planning level - with a priority focus on mission critical Tech areas like AI/ML, DevSecOps, Cyber Security, Cloud, UI/UX Full stack Development and Architecture.
- Must be able to identify, qualify, and support the capture of new business within the federal landscape. Must be capable of building and maintaining a 3+ year new business pipeline of qualified business opportunities
- Demonstrated experience supporting the development and implementation plan for federal environments.
- Must have the functional ability to quickly build personal, in-depth knowledge of Credence's capabilities, technically, business wise, objectively to leverage, design, execute creative and differentiated growth strategies for client deployment and engagements as well as influence future capability development efforts for win win scenarios.
- Experienced ability to bridge existing business relationships with other industry partners to facilitate teaming and thorough awareness of the competitive market.

- Offer and support of mentoring junior and mid level team development
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or greater
- US Citizenship is required with the ability of obtaining TS Clearance.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Federal and Defense trends with the ability to drive positive change following industry perspective via the latest solutions in Mission Critical IT Environments.
- 15+ years to include military service and private sector experience in federal contracting.
- Proven track record of driving growth within federal agencies.
- Federal client infrastructure awareness at the program and mission level with understanding for the agency efficiency and ROI
- Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry trends, client needs, and our service offerings.
- Must be very comfortable in a highly technical and engineering focused business.
- Career stability and had long stays with past employers. Demonstrates increase responsibilities in each career move.
- Can work effectively in an unstructured environment.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
