Senior Presentation & Creative Designer (70% Presentation Design / 30% Digital & Print Brand Assets)
Are you a creative storyteller with an eye for detail and a passion for powerful visuals? We're looking for a Senior Presentation & Creative Designer who thrives on transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives. In this role, you'll take full ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, balancing strategic thinking with exceptional design execution.
This is a role for a self-motivated, hands-on designer who can juggle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and elevate both presentation and brand design with confidence. You'll spend an estimated 70% of your time focused on presentation design and 30% on broader brand, digital, and print design initiatives.
What You Will Do Presentation Design (70%)
- Design high-impact, visually polished presentations in PowerPoint for executives, internal communications, and global events.
- Handle the full range of slide design needs-from formatting and rebranding to concepting and building decks from scratch.
- Apply animation and slide transitions to support storytelling and audience engagement.
- Integrate multimedia assets such as images, charts, illustrations, and light video to bring content to life.
- Ensure brand consistency and best practices across all presentation materials.
- Own the end-to-end creative process: understand the brief, design with purpose, revise based on feedback, and deliver final assets.
Creative Design (30%)
- Design a range of digital and print materials, including infographics, social media graphics, internal campaigns, and branded collateral.
- Develop or refine custom icons and illustrations to enhance storytelling clarity.
- Contribute to brand expression, campaign concepts, and creative storytelling strategies.
- Collaborate with team members across departments and functions as the lead creative resource.
- Perform basic video editing and motion design (a plus, not required).
To Be Successful You Will Have - 6+ years of experience in visual presentation and brand design, with demonstrated end-to-end project ownership.
- Expertise in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual storytelling for a variety of audiences.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail, consistency, and brand adherence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present creative concepts and manage stakeholder feedback.
- Solid time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with basic motion design or video editing to enhance digital outputs (experience with After Effects is a plus, but not required).
