Are you ready to lead the charge in executing impactful paid search and social campaigns? We're seeking a dynamic Sr. Performance Media Associate to join our team, where you'll strategize and implement campaigns that drive results across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage paid search and social campaigns across diverse client industries.
- Utilize bid management platforms to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct test-and-learn campaigns to enhance optimization and achieve client goals.
- Collaborate with strategic planning teams on budget setting and competitive analysis.
- Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, focusing on traffic, engagement, and ROAS metrics.
- Lead pre- and post-launch quality assurance processes for campaigns.
- Ensure effective budget utilization through ongoing optimization and testing of new channels.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in paid search and social execution.
- Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta Business Manager, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance analytics platforms such as Looker, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with a variety of client industries, including CPG and retail.
- Ability to execute A/B testing for audience and creative optimization.
