Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Performance Media Associate, Programmatic, where you'll drive impactful media strategies and manage programmatic campaigns across diverse industries. Your expertise will help translate business objectives into effective media activations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage programmatic campaigns tailored to various client goals, including awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Utilize DSP platforms to execute and optimize media strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with strategic planning teams to set budgets and develop plans.
- Create and manage trafficking documents, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to derive insights for audience and creative optimization.
- Ensure proper QA processes pre- and post-launch to track performance metrics accurately.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring efficient use of client budgets.
- Audit programmatic accounts for setup quality and identify expansion opportunities.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with over three years of experience in programmatic execution.
- Proficiency in DSP platforms such as Adelphic, The Trade Desk, or DV360.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, fostering teamwork.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail media or e-commerce platforms like Walmart or Amazon.
- Familiarity with performance analytics tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
