Sr. PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Developer
Location: Herndon, VA Clerance: US Citizenship required; able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
As a Senior Developer, you will support development and integration of new solution modules, in addition to operations and maintenance and small enhancement work. Activities include designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting system enhancements. Candidate must be able to propose solutions to user requests, design and develop those solutions, and work with business users to conduct and complete User Acceptance Testing and deployment activities. Responsibilities: Job Duty 1 with % of time - Develop custom payroll solution - 70%
Job Duty 2 with % of time - System Testing - 20%
Job Duty 3 with % of time - Remediate application defects and Incidents - 10% Required Skills: Required Skills/Level of Experience: All min 10 years
• Bachelor's Degree
• PeopleSoft Federal experience
• Experience with working at least at 2 Federal agencies implementing or support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 - Benefits, Payroll, Time
& Labor and Performance Management
• Experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2 North America Payroll for Federal Government
• Experience managing large complex enterprise system migration projects (greater than 25000 users)
• PeopleSoft HCM development experience- PeopleTools, SQR, Security
• PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 experience
• User Acceptance Testing experience
• Experience developing custom PeopleSoft solutions to meet business requirements
• Experienced at business requirements analysis
• Experience with HR operations & procedures Preferred Skills:
• Experience working across global and NA payroll applications for the Federal Government 10-15 years
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials and General Ledger 10-15 years
• Experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2 Global Payroll for Federal Government 10-15 years
• Experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2 North America Payroll for Federal Government 10-15 years
• Experience with advanced Payroll Rules creation for Federal Government 10-15 years
• Experience with Federal PeopleSoft Benefits module 10-15 years
• Experience with Federal HCM Shared Services 10-15 years
• PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrades
• ETL/Datastage
• SQL
• Oracle Database
• Windows and Unix
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Capacity and willingness to learn complex business rules and apply them to system processes and support.
