Rate Range: $65-$68/Hr

Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with 8-10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications.
  • The ideal candidate should be Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CPSSA) and proficient in Pega PRPC, Case Management, and BPM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Design, develop, and implement Pega-based applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander), ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into Pega solutions.
  • Case Management & BPM: Develop and optimize Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, leveraging Pega best practices.
  • Integration & APIs: Implement REST/SOAP web services and integrate Pega applications with third-party systems using APIs, Connectors, and Data Pages.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Pega development standards.
  • Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting: Optimize Pega applications for performance, scalability, and security, identifying and resolving system issues.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture guidelines, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Agile & DevOps Practices: Work in Agile/Scrum environments, leveraging CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and automated deployment tools.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for the team.
  • Certification & Continuous Learning: Stay updated with Pega advancements and obtain relevant certifications, including Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CPLSA) as a career progression goal.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CPSSA) is mandatory
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega 8.x and above
  • Expertise in Pega Case Management, Decisioning, Data Transform, and Declarative Rules
  • Experience with Pega Integration (SOAP, REST, MQ, Kafka, JDBC)
  • Knowledge of Pega Security Models, Authentication, and Authorization
  • Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL databases
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
