JD for Salesforce, USA Key Responsibilities: Network Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain advanced datacenter network solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Routing and Switching: Configure and manage routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and technologies such as VXLAN, EVPN, MPLS, and SDWAN. Security: Implement and manage security solutions, including Palo Alto firewalls, VPN, IPsec, and DMZ configurations.
Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize Cisco Nexus platforms, particularly Nexus 9ks and 7ks, ensuring they are configured and operating effectively. Cloud Integration: Integrate and manage cloud networking components, ensuring seamless connectivity between on premises and cloud environments. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Exhibit strong problem solving skills to address complex network challenges. Documentation: Maintain detailed network diagrams, configuration files, and operational procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to support business initiatives and projects.

Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non technical stakeholders and collaborate with team members. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in datacenter network engineering.
Technical Skills:
Routing and Switching: Expertise in BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, MPLS, SDWAN.
Security: Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN, IPsec, and DMZ. Cisco Nexus Platforms: Extensive hands on experience with Nexus 9ks and 7ks.
Cloud Infrastructure: Understanding of cloud networking and integration. Other Skills: Familiarity with network management tools and scripting for automation. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. MUST Have: Sound experience with deep understanding of BGP routing, MPLS, VXLAN on Nexus 9k & 7K Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Security policies Sound experience with Switching technologies.
