Top Requirements (Must haves) - 5-10 Years - 7 is the sweet spot
- VERY Strong Routing and Switching Experience
- BGP
- OSPF
- Cisco - don't care about others but ok if they have (Juniper, Mist)
- VLAN
- Retail not a hard requirement but need to have supported LARGE enterprise environments (WAN support for many)
