The Role
The Senior NetSuite Administrator will lead the Order Management Systems team, driving the strategic direction, maintenance, and enhancement of our NetSuite ERP system. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of NetSuite with business processes, optimizing order management workflows, and mentoring junior administrators. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to system improvements. This is a full-time (40 hr/wk), exempt, remote position, requiring work during EST hours. The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 USD/year.
Responsibilities
• Lead the Order Management Systems team, providing mentorship, professional development, and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize order management workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and automation.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for system enhancements aligned with business goals.
• Oversee NetSuite configuration, customization, and integrations to support business functions like fulfillment, revenue recognition, compliance, and more.
• Partner with Finance, E-Commerce, Retail, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Provide advanced NetSuite support, troubleshooting complex issues and driving continuous improvement
• Implement and enforce security policies, role-based access, and data governance best practices, while developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and conduct end user training to enhance system adoption and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on NetSuite updates, trends, and best practices.
• Support other ERP-related initiatives, integrations, and responsibilities as needed.

• Some travel ( Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with a focus on order management and fulfillment.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring junior administrators strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of NetSuite modules, including Order Management, Finance, SuiteCommerce, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.
• Strong background in NetSuite customization, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience with eCommerce, inventory management, and third-party integrations in NetSuite.
• Familiarity with Celigo, ShipHero, or Pipe17 a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, analyze business processes, and implement scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in process development, SOP documentation, and change management. Physical Requirements
• Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
