Sr. Manager, Recruiting - India University TA, Amazon University Talent Acquisition

The Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team aims to attract, hire, and integrate top student talent from diverse backgrounds to shape Amazon's future workforce. We focus on finding exceptional students, providing a seamless candidate and intern experience, and building a pipeline of future leaders.

The Senior Manager, AUTA for India, supports recruitment efforts across all Amazon business lines, including undergraduate non-technical, MBA, SDE, technical engineering, science, and data center roles in India. The role involves end-to-end ownership of strategy and execution for hiring top students as full-time employees or interns.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Setting strategic direction for student hiring across various tracks.
  2. Leading, managing, coaching, and developing team members to achieve shared goals.
  3. Partnering with stakeholders such as campus contacts, students, recruiting leaders, TA & PXT leaders, bar raisers, and business contacts.
  4. Tracking and driving key metrics related to campus and candidate activities, including funnel metrics, conversion rates, offer acceptance, diversity, and school statistics.
  5. Driving engagement with Industry TA leaders and business leaders for the APJC region's World-Wide Stores and G&A verticals, managing a team of Recruitment Business Partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of recruiting, project management, or HR experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and coaching teams.
  • Proven success in strategy development, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong business acumen, consulting, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
