About the Role LendingClub is seeking a full-time Creative Strategy Associate to join our Brand and Creative Strategy team and support membership marketing and creative initiatives. This role will collaborate with both internal and external creative resources and cross functional teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns that highlight LendingClub's products and services across multiple channels.
As a key contributor to our team, you will play an integral role in driving the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at engaging and supporting our members. You will have a dynamic role that balances strategy creation-such as competitive analysis, brief writing, and identifying testing hypotheses-with hands-on execution, including managing creative development, launching campaigns, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do- Conduct competitive analysis within and outside the industry to refine and provide direction to our marketing strategy
- Craft creative briefs to support our always-on marketing calendar, ensuring all content aligns with business objectives and brand voice
- Lead creative development projects, managing the stakeholder review process, including legal and compliance reviews and approvals, and preparing assets for successful launch
- Build a comprehensive learnings library that documents campaign results, insights, and content performance for future reference
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing analytics, operations, agencies, legal, compliance, and product strategy, to ensure seamless campaign execution
About You- 2-3 years of agency or in-house marketing experience in an account management or planning function
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries is a plus
- Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A positive, collaborative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adjust quickly to changing business priorities
- Skilled at working with stakeholders to ensure timely, error-free creative launches across marketing channels
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying key partners and resources to maintain momentum on projects

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Compensation The target base salary range for this position is 88,000-100,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity
