We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement integrated marketing programs that reach healthcare professionals, while working in a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities
•  Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand reputation and growth.
•  Map customer journeys and identify key messaging and materials for various stages.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
•  Create and oversee content development, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
•  Utilize omni-channel marketing models to maximize outreach and engagement.
•  Measure and analyze program impact, providing insights for continuous improvement.
•  Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to effectively communicate brand messaging. Skills
•  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.
•  Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholders.
•  Strong knowledge of project management systems, particularly Veeva and Workfront.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
•  Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing programs with measurable results. Preferred Skills
•  Experience in the medical device or regulated industry is highly desirable.
•  Familiarity with advertising campaign planning and content strategy development.
•  Ability to manage deadlines and budgets effectively.
•  Strong analytical skills to assess program performance and drive improvements.
