Summary - The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the marketing and events teams to create and distribute content across social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms, driving promotions and events for San Antonio Winery and Maddelena Restaurants. The coordinator will oversee content calendars, project schedules, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and curate compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms, effectively promoting events, promotions, and special offers for San Antonio Winery and Maddelena Restaurants.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of designing, writing, and distributing engaging newsletters, ensuring timely delivery of relevant content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage and mentor a small, dynamic team of 4, providing direction and support to drive high-quality output and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Partner with key teams, including the marketing brand team, special events team, and others, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts across various channels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing and special events teams, ensuring seamless communication of promotions, product launches, and other relevant updates.
  • Oversee and maintain the content calendar and project schedules, ensuring all initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and in an organized manner.
  • Facilitate day-to-day communication across departments, ensuring information is efficiently disseminated and key stakeholders are kept informed on relevant updates.
  • Manage the Sweet Wine Club program and oversee the San Antonio Winery E-Commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experience and engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing department leaders, keeping them informed of upcoming initiatives and deadlines, and proactively following up to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in social media, marketing administration or coordinator role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Naturally detail-oriented and meticulous in nature.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong ability to follow up and give clear feedback if needed.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with all functional levels and business areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with others.
  • Strong relational skills and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Comfortable working in an in-person and mobile, interactive environment.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to the company.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Self-starter, able to work in a space of ambiguity and evolving role and solutions oriented.
  • Problem solver, resourceful, and able to find solutions independently.
  • Competent with all reporting systems, Microsoft Office, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp.


Pay Range

$75,000-$90,000 USD
