Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Sr. Marketing Communications Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about creating compelling digital and integrated customer experiences, and who have a knack for executing strategic marketing plans and innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic integrated marketing plans, promotions, and campaigns.
- Plan and develop holistic, integrated communications programs to increase brand awareness and drive purchase intent across B2B audiences worldwide.
- Manage the execution of integrated marketing program strategies and assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of program communication execution.
- Manage marketing agency partners and fulfillment vendors to ensure strategic alignment and executional excellence.
- Define and align teams on S.M.A.R.T. objectives, ROI analyses, and campaign metrics.
- Provide modern marketing expertise and thought leadership aligned to business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Manage approved project budgets and track in the Ad/Merch budget.
- Enforce proper brand usage and ensure full brand compliance in created materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
- Minimum seven (7) years of Agency (account, strategy, or digital role), and/or Corporate/Business Marketing Communications experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience leading and presenting to cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into detailed communication plans with online and offline tactics and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade others in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
- Strong project and time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
- Prior experience writing creative briefs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams and working with marketing and analytic software such as Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe Assets and HAMR, Workfront, Sprinklr, and Accutics.
- Fluency in French Canadian language is a plus.
