Our Fairlawn, OH location is seeking a Sr. Marketing Analyst - Product Management to join our team. Are you ready to shape the future with us? THE POSITION Sr. Marketing Analyst - Product Management, ContiTech USA, LLC, Fairlawn, OH: Ensure the competitiveness of portfolio of Power Transmission products in the Americas region. Lead and/or participate in global projects with main focus on Synchronous Belts. Interface among Sales, Application Engineering, R&D and Operations for developing new products and optimizing existing product lines, in accordance with customer and market needs. Execute market entry strategy and support Make or Buy decisions. Collect market requirements and opportunities to provide guidance for product development. Provide sales argumentation input to Marketing and Communications. Define requirements for Product master data management. Develop and implement standardized tools for product development. Telecommuting permitted up to 40%. Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in any Engineering or Business field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Product or program management in a multinational organization; and Leading projects across technical functions (such as Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, Application Engineering, or Quality). Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: B2B sales, supply chain or marketing; Implementing process or marketing improvement initiatives; and SAP database. Domestic travel required up to 25%. International travel required up to 10%. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
