Will this position be required to work onsite for any reason at any time? Yes, this is a hybrid role; ideally, candidate would work onsite once per week; minimum requirement would be to come in the office at least twice monthly. (Detroit location)
Engagement Description - Seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst to support quantitative and qualitative research initiatives for the enterprise. This is a long-term contract position, not temporary.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience -
• 3-5 years of primary market research experience - client-side or vendor
• Able to design research plan according to objectives of study, including questionnaire design, data collection, data analysis, and reporting.
• Must be able to multi-task, managing 3-5 projects concurrently
Required Skills/Experience - The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
• Monitor and evolve functionality of research platforms and ensure ongoing evolution of capabilities.
• Manage activities that are related to the development, design, and administration of methods and procedures, including surveys, qualitative interviews, call driver and member engagement analytics to evaluate customer preferences and optimize member engagement and experiences.
• Maintain deep knowledge of custom analyses and reporting in department analytic tools.
• Create project deliverables including reports, presentations, and analyses for leadership.
• Maintain an extensive comprehensive knowledge of major health care payer business, products, programs, corporate organizational structure, and basic research and analytic principles/methodologies.
Preferred Skills/Experience - Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal and written skills to communicate complex ideas.
• Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of data languages including (but not limited to) SQL, SPSS, R, Python
• Ability to work independently, within a team environment and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Education/Certifications - Include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Analytics, Data Science, Social Science or related field is required. Master's or advanced degree preferred
• Experience with SPSS and Microsoft software
