iZeal, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr Manual Testerfor our client's requirements. The salary depends on experience. Position: Sr Manual Tester Location: Remote. Job Description : Proven experience as a Manual Tester in Software Development projects. Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of SDLC (Software development Life Cycle) and its methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and Agile Develop, document, and maintain high-quality test plans and cases. Execute manual tests and record results according to the established test plans and cases. Coordinate and participate in UAT activities with end-users or stakeholders to validate that the software meets business requirements. Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies. Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes or enhancements do not introduce new defects and that existing functionality remains intact. Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the quality of the software. Stay up to date with emerging testing tools and technologies. Provide feedback to the development team on usability, design, and product performance. Perform manual testing on both Client-Server and Web-based applications. Experience using the Quality center to maintain the Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Execution, Defect management, Bug Reporting Generate reports for defect analysis and provide adequate data for decision making. Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
