As a Senior Manager of UX Design, you'll lead a talented team in envisioning and delivering user experiences across our security platforms. You will drive the UX strategy and execution for key products, coaching your team to think holistically, act boldly, and design with clarity and precision.

Your Impact
  • Lead and mentor a team of UX Designers, helping them grow their skills, their impact, and their careers.
  • Set a high bar for design quality, creativity, and user-centered thinking across all phases of the product development lifecycle.
  • Craft and communicate a compelling UX vision, and build iterative plans to bring that vision to life.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, and Research to advocate for users and ensure cohesive, integrated experiences.
  • Champion operational excellence-scaling the team's processes, rituals, and systems to improve velocity without sacrificing quality.
  • Inspire the team and broader organization by clearly articulating the "why" behind design decisions.

Your Experience

Minimum:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/Product Design.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading design teams.
  • A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, critical thinking, and strong craft across complex workflows.
Preferred:
  • Experience leading UX efforts from product inception through launch and iteration.
  • Strong ability to balance user, product, and business goals, shaping strategic decisions with a user-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated success operating across organizational boundaries and leading through influence.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills across diverse audiences and levels of leadership.
  • Experience working in complex domains (e.g., enterprise software, security, cloud platforms) a plus.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $195000 - $235000/YR.
