We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused professional to lead the development of high-impact RFP responses, pitch books, and marketing collateral. This role blends persuasive writing, compelling visual design, and project leadership to create materials that clearly communicate our value proposition and win new business. As a key player on our team, you will collaborate across departments-including sales, operations, and support teams-to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RFP Management: Lead the end-to-end process of crafting RFP responses. Gather input from subject matter experts and stakeholders, write compelling content, and ensure responses are client-focused, accurate, and persuasive.
  • Pitch Book & Proposal Development: Create, update, and refine pitch books, sales proposals, and other client-facing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging.
  • Presentation Design: Develop professional, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals, and internal initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and business development teams to understand client objectives and translate them into high-quality, customized materials.
  • Content & Template Optimization: Continuously enhance RFP templates, proposal formats, and marketing content to improve clarity, efficiency, and impact.
  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring timely, high-quality output for all assigned projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in RFP writing, marketing communications, or developing pitch materials (experience in aviation or transportation is a plus, but not required).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is strongly preferred.
