Job Overview


Highstock is seeking a results-oriented and strategic Senior Manager of Partnerships. This candidate will be instrumental in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing strategic brand relationships. They will oversee the brand onboarding funnel, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and partner with leadership in high-stakes business reviews with our most valuable partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of navigating ambiguity and eager to be part of a founding team building a generational company.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify strategic partners: proactively source and evaluate high-potential brand partners that meet buyer demand
  • Lead brand onboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of brand partnerships-from sourcing, to acquisition, to engagement and retention
  • Collaborate on Quarterly Business Reviews: Partner with senior leadership to prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with top-tier brand partners, identifying key insights and proposing future strategies
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team to support brand needs and unlock new opportunities with technology

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree at a competitive university or college program
  • 3-6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or brand strategy.
  • Strong background in managing partner relationships across their lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
