We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the Children's Mobile Response operations in Monmouth County, a 24/7 community crisis program aimed at improving the lives of children and families. This full-time position requires a candidate with:
- LCSW license (mandatory)
- 7+ years of clinical supervisory experience, including administrative duties
- Experience with children and families facing behavioral, emotional, or psychiatric challenges
- Comfort working in community settings
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- A sense of humor and independence
