Job Description: What You'll Do Responsible for leading a teams that provides governance and oversight of the Information Security Program. Develop policies and standards and assess security control implemented to safeguards enterprise and customer assets. Serves as an information security risk subject matter expert and trusted adviser to lines of business.
How You'll Do It - Manages a teams that develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program. Oversees the evaluation, design, and implementation of security programs, controls, and infrastructure solutions. Provide effective challenge of Information Security initiatives, governance committees, and policies & standards. Identifies Information Security impacts and risk considerations. Reviews regulatory, audit, and self-assessment findings. Manages remediation of threat and risk issues. Recommend improvements involving data analytics, metrics, reporting, and statistical analyses.
- Oversees the delivery of security programs and advanced secure architecture, systems, and applications. Manages risk effectively by translating regulatory requirements and business needs to develop security controls. Recommend remediation strategies to mitigate risk and close gaps. Leads the development of defense systems to counter breaches and cyber attacks.
- Provides assurance, guidance, and direction in the formalization of the Information Security framework.
Qualifications You'll Need The Basics - Bachelors Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration and Management, or related
- 8+ years Information Security, Cyber Security, technology, engineering, risk management or related
- 1+ years People Management
- In Lieu of education, 10+ years Information Security, Cyber Security, technology, engineering, risk management or related

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
