Department Overview McDonaldu2019s has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Culture & Engagement (Head of Inclusion Networks). You will design and deploy center led inclusion programming, ensure standard operating guidelines are established and communicated and operationalize global and market-based EBN development through building strong relationships with internal and external partners. This role will work closely with the employee business network leaders, People Partner and Solutions to ensure network strategies align to business strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in inclusion programs, employee network operations and a data-driven approach to executing programs effectively. Duties + Proactively build and cultivate strategic relationships with Employee Business Network leaders and executive sponsors, to enhance the effectiveness of programming in alignment of business strategy + Drive the reach of Employee Business Networks (EBNs) to establish global presence by fostering strategic collaborations and leveraging external partners expertise + Identify and track industry trends and emerging best practices in inclusion networks, strategically applying relevant insights to continuously develop and enhance EBN programs, ensuring McDonald's remains at the forefront of inclusion initiatives + Manage the ongoing operations of EBNs, aligning with the vision of Global Inclusion strategy and programs + Track EBN membership, events and budget and ensure resources and logistics for all EBN events + Manage the experiential engagement at EBN conferences and other events of McDonaldu2019s EBNs + Coordinate the logistics of system wide EBN training and ongoing engagement + Prepare reports for the inclusion leadership, providing updates, strategic insights and actionable recommendations based on EBN activities to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making + Create messaging and coordinate with all communication outlets, such as Workplace, Yammer, etc. to ensure EBN voice is prominently positioned on the platform and stakeholders are always informed Qualifications + Minimum five yearsu2019 experience working in culture, engagement, inclusion, or HR-related roles. + Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred + Demonstrated experience managing inclusion initiatives and employee networks in a corporate or global organization + Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously + Proficiency in leveraging digital communication platforms (e.g., Workplace, Yammer) + Proven ability to foster relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams + Extensive experience working and collaborating with global teams across various regions + Expert in driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring organizational objectives are met seamlessly + Demonstrated ability to operate as a people manager, leading diverse, complex teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaborations + Expertise in global inclusion strategy implementation and employee engagement initiatives + Experience with event management, including conferences and experiential design Compensation Bonus Eligible: Yes Long - Term Incentive: Yes Benefits Eligible: Yes Salary Range Salary Ranges-$129,800.00 - $165,490.00 The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
