Based in our vibrant Mechanicsburg, PA headquarters, you'll manage a dynamic team, forge vendor partnerships, and deliver world-class marketing that fuels continuous growth.

What You'll Do
- Lead Game-Changing Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, email, events) to drive targeted enrollments, boosting leads for university partners.
- Inspire and Help Build a High-Performing Team: Manage and mentor marketing staff, fostering collaboration and hitting ambitious goals for lead generation, cost efficiency, and campaign ROI.
- Deliver Top-Performing Websites: Plan and deliver innovative websites with striking content that deliver high conversion results.
- Shape Digital Presence: Oversee content marketing and SEO, using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) to craft compelling website content, blogs, press releases, and videos that elevate university brands.
- Drive Strategic Innovation: Develop and present client-focused strategies, using data-driven insights (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM) to address partner needs and exceed expectations.
- Amplify Social Impact: Lead social media strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) to hit engagement metrics, partnering with the SVP of Marketing to set bold targets.
- Manage Key Relationships: Negotiate with media vendors and oversee third-party agencies, ensuring seamless execution of PPC, content, and email campaigns.
- Roll Up Your Sleeves: Dive into hands-on tasks-writing content, designing HTML emails, or creating pitch decks-to deliver measurable outcomes.
What You Bring
- Proven Leadership: 5-7 years of digital/non-digital marketing experience, with a track record of content development and leading campaign growth.
- Digital Expertise: Mastery of content marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and email platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Pardot). Knowledge of WordPress (or other CMS tool), Adobe Creative Suite, or Hootsuite is a plus.
- Creative Vision: Strong eye for graphical design and layout, paired with a flair for storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Project Management Prowess: Ability to juggle simultaneous deadlines, manage budgets ($200K+), and deliver projects using tools like Asana and MS Project.
- Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building consensus across teams and clients.
- Higher Education Passion: Experience in higher education (or OPM space) marketing is preferred, with a drive to transform enrollment and retention.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in digital campaign leadership.

Work Environment & Equipment
- Location: Mechanicsburg, PA.
- Tools: Personal computer, Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, Google Suite, printers, fax machines, and design/marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and other specialty tools as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Expand and manage the marketing team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews.
